We are requesting your assistance in supporting Moeen Centre

The Moeen Centre is a not-for-profit charitable organization established to promote the independence of young adults with disabilities in Toronto, to facilitate access to available community resources, and to raise community awareness and sensitivity of the needs of these individuals and their rights to equal opportunities.

There are very few programs in Toronto that provide services for these young adults and their families. Without meaningful educational and social activities, many of these adults languish at home as family members struggle to meet their needs.

Therefore, the demand for facilities and programs, such as the Moeen Centre across Ontario is high. This is why it is very important that the Moeen Centre be available to these individuals and the community.

Ordinarily, we would be requesting your support at our annual fundraising dinner. With the current COVID-19 pandemic, unfortunately, we are unable to host our event this year. However, this dinner would have helped us raise the funds needed for us to continue operating our current programs and develop additional programs for these vulnerable young adults. Therefore, this year, there is a heightened need to raise these much needed funds. We’re relying on donations and the generosity of supporters like you to continue serving the community.

Please consider supporting Moeen Centre this year.
